Hmm not that many realistic targets is there ….
Wilder
Lampard / Morris
More likely to be an unknown foreign coach I guess, if we’re following the Barnsley model
Lampard, howe etc will go nowhere near this job. We have an awful squad and the fans will blame whichever manager fails to get us in playoffs with it. Booing a team with 4 players playing the their first games, from the academy. Genius tactics guys well done

Wilder is not the man, he wants to manage from top to bottom and we aren't a club who would, or should let that happen.
Lampard/Morris? Not convinced. They had Derby playing slow out the back, side to side and back again. They were just lucky they had Tomori, Wilson and Mount. Players way above this level.

How many would want to come to club with a very threadbare squad full of injured players?

we've wasted so much time since Warburton, what did he do wrong? Not spend money? Try to get a lightweight and inexperienced team to over achieve? I stuck my head up last season and predicted Warburton would beat Hughton and it's one of few games we actually won with a bit of daylight. Though tonight QPR concede, have a man sent off and still manage to beat a Warnock side. Warburton is a very intelligent and positive manager but like many, far too good for us, we wouldn't be able to get Nigel to come here or Nathan Jones.
My hopless longshot guess is Siniša Mihajlović

Weird how we have gone from a bloated squad complimented with a bomb squad to this?
We started the Summer with four left backs and are left with Bong. CH is opting to play a largely untested at this level right back, out of position.
We have started the season again with two strikers, for the third season, running unless something changes.
It’s an absolute shitshow.
You can’t blame any ambitious manager not coming here.

Saw a great post on social media that said it’s one thing to lose fans online but if you lose them inside the ground you’re a dead man walking.
And tonight was pretty toxic.
It’s not just 3 games of this it’s been over 40 across the 2 seasons.

Steve Cooper had them disciplined, pretty tight? Remember we had the lowest number of goals (for and against) in our matches out of the 92 clubs last season - joint with Stevenage or someone I think. Swansea were a low one, but obviously they had come out the right side on them in general. He'd probably be good, it's just harder to look forward to a low goals regime after the last few years!

Surely if you don't like Hughton style football, the same must apply to Cooper. It's very similar, although he had a better team to work with.
It'll be someone we've never heard of anyway and probably take a while so we can maximise value on any fee we have to pay the existing club. We'll be looking for a bargain...

He was Sheff U through and through. Shouldn't have sacked him.
