Can't see the rationale behind dropping Mighten.
Offers a threat in behind, lovely link play and attacks the penalty box. Lolley was poor vs Coventry.
Just seems like Hughton doesn't pick teams on merit.

In the league so far…
Played two lost two….
Does he set up not to lose rather than go for a win?

The rational is probably this. He's played pre-season, he's played in two games, ran himself ragged and got battered in the last two games.
He's due a little break. There's no point playing him until he tears a hamstring. Mighten is a 'pace' player and is due a rest.
So that leaves Zinc Man (who hasn't played that much football for Forest...) and Lolley (who many fans want to get back to his best.)
Hughton does pick teams on merit. And he's generally quite loyal to players if they give honest performances. In fact, he's quite conservative in team selections. But the players who 'earned it' from the Bradford performance are at least on the bench or rested to the bench. I guess that depends on the player's recovery.

Break? We're on game 3 of the season.
The argument the other day was because of lack of pre-season friendlies the players needed more minutes in their legs, now it's less...
Largely disagree with what you're saying. Reads very rose-tinted.
