I believe it's because butchers dogs used to be fed on tripe which is really good for dogs. Wow we really must be bored?

The player wants to come, the club want him to come and a package has been agreed some time ago, to make it happen.

There have (obviously) been delays in getting approval for the deal from the relevant authorities.

But given that Ashkan Dejagah got a work permit to play for Forest, as a fellow Iranian international with similar experience, you imagine that Ansarifard will be granted one as well eventually, even if there is some red tape to get through, by the looks of it.

The club still very much want it to happen, however.

He will become a Forest player. The only question at this point is when.

At least with Murphy and Grabban both playing well at the minute, there is a bit less urgency over it all.

And Soudani will also be fit in a week or two."

That's all well and good but if one or two clubs lodge a complaint what happens then?

At best, the rule will get changed. We have already done it once with Kapino.

I don't think it's something we should make a regular habit of.
