Hi to all, on the new forest website can someone please tell me where I go to put in the redem code to be able to watch the remaining home games it's says my subscription but I can't see that tab, cheers

If you hit “Profile” top right of the screen you should get a pop up on the right taking you to My Account and manage subscriptions are on there. I agree it could be a bit more obvious.

Well, I subscribe to iFollow as I live in the Canary Islands. So I got my code to access the match today and got to watch live and was told that I cannot view as I live in an unauthorized country. WHAT? The canaries are part of Spain which is authorized.

Just a thought but you should perhaps remove the words Canary islands from your profile sign up and just write the town you live in followed by Spain.

I'm in and signed up and got a ticket and apparently watching the live match coverage, it's a tricky (lol) website, be good to get some indication you done things right like 'ticks' or change colour when you submit information, room for improvement but probably the way to go

I think I have worked out what has happened. They have not replied with a new password but have sent a code for the match tomorrow - still waiting for my password to be sorted.
