Nottingham Forest - Norwich City
Ameobi can hold his head up this year while others can’t- I would like a years extension.

Why just a year though? Why's he never allowed the luxury of a decent contract? Hes been excellent for us since he came.

Ameobi can definitely hold his head up and is worth an extension but for me he is a 1 game in 3player. If we have serious intentions we need better/additional options. Good squad player though, good attitude and there have been games when he has literally been our only attacking threat.

I have had a look at the fixtures of all the lower teams and I can’t see us getting any points for a while
So the way I see it we will be deep in it shortly with no confidence and a squad full of unhappy players to try and pull us out
Of a mess and we all know what happened this time last season
Can anyone else see where a goal or 2 might come from I can’t ???
Come on you mighty Reds

Why? The one saving grace for the season is that we have done pretty well against other struggling teams. We face, QPR, Huddersfield and Birmingham in April, I would say they are all very winnable games, do so and we are safe.

Prob only Ameobi and Yuri that would be worth considering.

But on basis we have 4 left backs they will prob let Yuri go

For me Grabbans contribution has to be questioned again. Another good opportunity opened up for him where he fails to even get a shot away.

Something clearly isn't right with him for whatever reason this season - and I don't think it is down to confidence. If you consider the misses earlier in the season and then the inexplicable near post "duck" I think he is barely going through the motions. He made a couple of goal line clearances but was basically standing in his assigned position at the time for those...

It will be interesting to see what happens with him in the summer but I wouldn't be sorry to see him go now (and would not have even considered that before this season) along with a couple of others that I don't trust to be giving their all in the Garibaldi....
First the points and then the pints….

Eaxctly Simon. I agree with every word you've written. He's been excellent for us but seems to have lost his mojo. He looks like a player wanting an out. Oh, and I've always thought his finishing is really poor when he has the ball at his feet and he has time to think. IMO that's why he's so poor at penalties.

I think he does want out & I think he knows long term we want him out now, & he's had injury issues & form issues on top of that, & also the clock of time has continued to tick down, he's 73 now, so it's a bit of a perfect storm really, that's turned a decent championship level striker into someone who offer so little.
