Personally I would leave out Ribeiro from now on as it's obvious that he's on his way out.

c'mon fella's need to find a way to integrate 16 players EFFECTIVELY into the game

we play well for an hour, we know our strongest 11 and we know we are competitive, but to be honest we've known this all season, we aren't really learning anything except what sameness looks like

but we don't know how to win games and score goals, this is still a work in progress and has barely got off the ground

we looked dead for the last half hour against Reading, i'm saying bring Knocky, Cafu, Krov, Garner and Ameobi on for the last half of the game, they should be able to get a couple of goals

because Chris Hughton has been mediocre with substitutions doesn't mean they cannot win us the game, this has to improve dramatically

just set up with a brick wall for the first half, decide where the outlets will be and force Norwich to work very hard to create openings, even if we are a goal or 2 down we know we have to go for it

We are in the remedial class when it comes to finishing teams off or need to finish the game strongly, and on the few occassions we have finished strong is because the other side have burned themselves out, this is what needs to happen tomorrow
