COME ON YOUR REDS!

Let's take the sting out of the Hornets.

Garner and Murray. Here's your chance.

This is a game I fear. Let's hope the players don't.

i'd cram the starting 11 full of blockers like Sow, Blackett, Yates, Bong, Arter also Freeman and Ameobi and have solid shape and maybe bludgeon our way through occassionally

at or just after HT i'd bring on Knocky, Lolley, Garner, Krov and Cafu, i like what these guys can do, assuming it's close or even and they could win us the game particularly against tiring and badly beat up defenders

if we are chasing the game approaching the last 15 mins i'd send Worrall up front so it's like 3 5 2, purely based on integrity and will to win and do everything for the cause i'd love to see Worrall up front, as if there is a cross begging to be smacked hard into the back of the net he has the desire to make sure it happens

“Aspects of our game I am delighted with, we are more competitive in games and I think we can give most teams a game now. I think we can still be better in the final third to put ourselves in better positions to win games.”

From the Forest Website.  Chris Hughton before the Luton game.

We'll be competitive against Watford.

Actually Ive noticed Worrall going forwards a lot more recently, seems to be a tactic for him to nod set plays and crosses back across the box.

Zico, what's wrong with saving the best till last?  We've lost or conceded in the latter stages of most games.  We've also got i assume a large squad, many peripherals were automatic starting selections, either way as i keep explaining you got to use the whole squad effectively, we got to see where we are at with all this lot to prepare for next season.

Many players who struggled at times from the start actually shone coming on late including Grabban, Lolley, Knocky, and Taylor

There is also fixture congestion generally, tiredness, carrying knocks or emotional issues.

Ultimately if players are going to be sold why not get them up to the best possible value, if Worrall scored a few on this run in his value even high now could double, give him a chance to become the ultimate Forest hero, he's as mobile and good control and ultimately the best at winning headers in the opposition box, why not?

Personally I want the best for the club and all the players and give ourselves the best chance .. for the next few games just avoid defeat if possible, even so any performances or development or learning about how we get the best out of everything and from this season.

Nothing wrong with saving best till last...if it's a dinner plate or a gig PSS.

Always pick the best players for the job from the start I say. Only variables being niggling injuries, form and very occasionally to respond to likely opposition.

Murray's stats were as shocking as his finishing so suspect he will get a breather.

Happy worst team in history day all.

Seems like Sheff Utd keeping Derby as the 'worst' team. Fair play to the Blades under Wilder.

As for Forest vs Watford. Wobbles in the top 6. Not unbeatable. Only Norwich are back on solid green wins. The rest have had hiccups.

And the table, despite Forest dropping 5 points, isn't as catastrophic as it could be. A back to back win and reaching for higher mid-table if they can find the will to win and restore much needed confidence. But they need to pull their finger out and get a couple of wins.

Looking back over that Luton 'leg out' goal, Figs had completely lost his man in the area. Positionally oblivious. That said, Cafu looks behind, sees the Luton runner and goes back to ball watching. So this Luton player 'ghosts' past two Forest players. Simply basic stuff. Yet when we're going forwards we have players swarming around us. Samba looks lead footed on the goal as well. Three players easily beaten.

I hope Yates is fit. Forest could do with some of his 'will to win.' (If he gets another couple of goals won't he be join highest scorer?)

It's Watford not Barcelona.

Nothing to fear.

yeah be good to see Yates/Garner in the middle - Cafu has looked decent but should be dropped if performance levels dropping. I know he wont be ready for Saturday but Mckenna being back would be good boost also. Think we might do OK here with Garner/Murray out to make a point..hopefully we`ll get 1 or 3.
