Sheffield United sent him for an operation, the wrong operation!

Freeman joined believing that the problem had been solved.

Only when he started playing that he felt pain again.

Forest then sent him over to Germany where he had the correct operatrion.

He's now fit and ready to go.

How frustrating! Sounds like it's definitely worth giving his some game time then to get a true indication of his ability.

I hope we're got a refund on his loan fee and wages.

I still think that Freeman may come good yet.

Not sure where to put this - non transfer related seemed appropriate.

Some interesting stats from the EFL re season ticket refunds:

Apparently some clubs have experienced 95% of their fan base telling them to keep their season ticket monies - though I’m not sure that the reality is quite as straightforward as that?

Plymouth have had a ‘tiny’ number of refund requests, Burton have had ‘hardly any’, 94% of Brentford fans have chosen to let the club keep their monies & Orient say that less than 15% of season ticket holders have taken a refund.

It just got me thinking - I wonder what the numbers are at NG2?

I guess some of the reasons for telling the clubs to keep the money is down to options made available? Also, what is the percentage out of? I cannot see the likes of Leyton Orient having 20,000 season ticket holders, more likely 2,000. The same with Brentford and Plymouth really. They have all got relatively small fan bases as a starting point.

Well it’s a %age and hence constant.
The claim is that it’s worth £3m to Brentford.
What the article ( in today’s Mail ) doesn’t clarify is that this money has been ‘gifted’ back to the clubs - I have my doubts on that.

Bouchalakis scored for Oly in the Europa League tonight and Diogo Goncalves is starting for Benfica against Arsenal.

Always thought Bouch a decent player, but painfully lacking pace. Goncalves was just too young and raw when he was with us on loan and definitely not worth the price to turn into a permanent, despite some obvious ability. Good luck to both of them.

Bouchalakis was a good player, Hughton could have definitely worked with him I think.

Are they both first teamers for Oly & Benfica or were both playing in second string teams? Anyone know?
