Let’s not get carried away here.
There’s absolutely nothing in those 5 points to make me in the slightest optimistic.
Let’s also dismiss the suggestions that folks want EM out of the door. But he must learn.
What I want is for the guy to learn from his mistakes ( of which there have been a number ), adopt a sustainable recruitment model, treat his workforce with a little more respect & understanding & listen to / communicate with the fans.
Once he starts to demonstrate some of the above - some of you claim he already has, I’m still to be convinced - then perhaps the more enlightened fans such as DT will start to cut him some slack.
I repeat. We all want the same thing. EM should be pushing against an open door. It is he that is making things tougher for fans to buy into.

We have only brought in 1 player this window, who says he hasn't learnt.

Not arguing with that OT.
I was all for signing no one - before the injury crisis in midfield.
Most on here were not in agreement - that’s fair enough. We all have our own opinions on these things.
Let’s see what happens in the next few days.

Unfortunately not one person is able to answer this but fundamentally we are run on this very premise The well is definitely not drying up.
There are a number of very highly regarded young players coming through the age groups.
The next 3/4 yrs should take care of themselves in that respect.

I hear ya and largely agree albeit we can see a marked increase (or decline) as potential turns to reality.
