Didn't he work in press and communication? The one thing that many have been critical of and giving the club stick for?

Dont know much about this guy other than when Fawaz was owner he did sterling work holding things together. Wasn't he the only grown up in the club at the time or am I getting him mixed up with someone else?

Talented people leave companies all the time for all sorts of reasons. Why is our default position always that there's an issue? He may be miffed, he may not be. Plenty of people get pissed off at work and move on to pastures new. It doesn't mean that the organisation is in crisis.

Best of luck to him anyway.

If one or two people go then fine, nothing to be worried about. But if a bunch of people leave in a small period of time then that hints at issues. And if those people managed to stick out a notoriously bad regime but *now* decide to leave, then that's bound to raise eyebrows.

Yep, all true. Who knows? If he's miffed, it might explain how Daniel Taylor has suddenly turned on the owners all of a sudden. I would presume the press guys and the club's PR man are a tight group.

Employee turnover rate for general management and admin staff in the UK is around 20%. Any organisation running at much more than that involuntarily suggests an unhealthy work environment. Looking at the amount of departures I would guess thats is what we have.

That is what I was thinking. Was he the PR and pressman? If so I am sure there are much better out there. Good luck to him anyway. Nothing personal but the PR and communication hasn't been the best.

Errr come on, you seriously think the poor communication is down to the press and PR guy? He puts out the information he is allowed to release which comes from the top. He doesnt make decisions, he doesnt say “Oi Ionannis, for heavens sake dont do an interview.”

To be fair, the flip side could be that they have been able to grow and develop their CVs working at Forest and have been able to get a better paid job / slash promotion somewhere else. Back in the day I used to lose staff as they had become over qualified and went else where to do my job. They left with my blessing and a top  notch reference. There wasn't the money or room for them to do it any other way....until I moved on. Any good organisation will want this to happen. Then again football is alot more selfish than this.

He might be frustrated at the sealed lips approach. And he'd be right to IMO. I bet it wasn't him who suggested the best way for them to speak to the fans was via a written questions ballot organised by the lap dog supporters trust.

Do you really believe that?

And - if so - fair enough.

But what about the overall feeling within the workforce - his is not the only departure.
