As crap as we were, I think we saw a glimpse of what Yates will be in a year or two. I've always said he will play in top division as he develops his game. We already know how hard he works and he gives everything for the cause, today he showed some quality going forward too. More of it would be very welcome, especially if a few others turn up too.

Was so pissed off after today’s game I suggested that Billy might be a ( last chance ) solution. Before I had another couple of drinks - and came to my senses. I’ll be ok in the morning. Billy?
I'd be ok with that. :) We have Chris. We need to give him time not lynch him for the Hierarchy's frailty of leadership. I won't blame him for another manager's squad. We've been hear before after Warburton and after Aitor. Hughton needs a couple of years. Starting with serious backing in January to the tune of three players. Left winger. ACM. Target man striker. *repeats that 100 times. SA.

We let Big Ben go. Would he have been as easily done for the goals Figs has in the last half a year..?
McKenna as soon as he is fit. And id play Jenks ahead of Christie at the moment. SA.

We need a keeper who can dominate the penno area.

Watson didn't want to stay and it was his choice to leave, so he could be closer to his family in London. It's a tad unfair to say 'we let him go'. The club offered him an improved new contract, but his decision wasnt money orientated, it was for personal reasons. IMO Jenkinson is no better than Christie (who I felt had a decent game today) and doesn't assist further up front along the wing. Agree that we need McKenna fit as soon as possible though. Him and Worrall should make a decent defensive spine, but this is Forest we are talking about, anything could happen

That's not a criticism of SA's post BTW! Samba pulled off a few decent stops, but his distribution wasn't great in the first half. He then upped his game in the second half only to completely fluff his judgement over their 3rd goal. Thats was his ball to claim, not stutter to a stop!!
