Within 24 hours of closure of transfer window I thought - which would mean that the deadline has now passed?
Not sure - if this is right - how that would effect Grosicki.

If I remember correct, this 25 man squad was part of the salary cap proposal. As the salary cap proposal hasn’t started this year, I do not think the 25 rule applies. This is how I see it, but ready to be corrected.

Apparently the 25 man squad is a suggestion but not mandatory. No I dont get it either but we can use any of our players, even Clough.
