I also thought Murillo was back to his best again today. Once again not the finished article by a long way but great potential.

He defended well I agree however I didn't like his champagne run. He was lucky to escape with the ball and then out of position for the Newcastle counter which they almost scored from once he lost the ball.

Yes my heart was in my mouth for a few seconds too Wassy.

However I hope we encourage him to keep doing that so he will get better at it because it's a great asset to have someone bringing the ball out of defence like that.

As I’ve said on an other thread, I would rather have Elanga than Johnson to be honest, I think we did great business when you compare how we’ve come out of that.

I did not realise he was only 21.

If he starts making the right decisions more often we'll have an absolute bargain on our hands. His pace will always terrify defenders.

Johnson often made the wrong decisions as much as he did the right ones.

It’s actually a positive as it takes away their predictability.

Aurier, Boly and Sangare all named in Ivory Coast's AFCON squad.

So we have 6 players going AFCON
Aina, Sangare, Aurier, Boly, Niakhate, Kouyate
Awoniyi staying and possibly back for Brentford game

So looking at those going to AFCON, if Felipe is still injured that leaves us playing with a back 4 including Worrall and McKenna.

So those wishing Wozza and Mac gone, may be disappointed
