Remember on holiday in Kos the season we sold Burke and I lost count of the number of Greeks that said you will be winners if marikinakis is our owner. We then sold Burke on the day we flew home,

Awesome statement, love it.

I am seriously thinking to get it printed on a t-shirt.

That is a great idea, I am sure they would sell like crazy outside the stadium.

Surely that would give him issues for European competitions with Benfica and Oly easily able to be drawn to play against each other?

Possibly mate, I don't know the rules to be honest, I am sure he'd find a way around it if he really wanted to.

To be fair Pap, I didn't say he was buying them, just that he was showing an interest.

He could very easily get someone else to 'front' Olympiakos (if need be).

I didn't realise he was so wealthy.

I suppose it could be a good thing for us being part of a community of clubs with an association to each other.

Haha If he does

Then thanks for Window so far, make it an amazing one and sign Nikola Vukcevic, what an investment he will be (then we don't need Colback)

Also get a quality right back, heard Byram linked, but if getting one on loan could also look at Jojoe Kenny from Everton or Spurs Kyle Walker-Peters, any one of those 3 would create good youthful competition for Darikwa

As for left back, heard Mings, and he be ok (albeit not played much) but if wanted a really attacking left back, who played consistently well last 2 seasons in championship, then 24 year old Joe Bryan from Bristol City would be an amazing capture.

Don't go crazy spending money on another keeper, but if that is the intent, then spend it on Bentley from Brentford who is a young superior keeper, knows the league, and will get better and better and value will go up
