I wonder if Coops popped in to say hello.

Off the field, Forest are considering the appointment of a direct replacement for Ross Wilson, their former chief football officer, who joined Newcastle in October. Wilson’s broad remit covered the first-team, recruitment, academy, medical and other departments. Another upcoming exit is Ed Henderson, the long-serving head of football operations, who is leaving to join a club in the Middle East.
In the winter window, recruitment will be handled collectively by sporting director George Syrianos, head of recruitment Pedro Ferreira and head of global football Edu.
Shame Henderson leaving, been an excellent servant for the club.

Statement from Marinakis saying he's recommended to the board that the Bridgford End be renamed the John Robertson Stand.
I actually think that's a more fitting tribute than renaming the Trent End as it means that away supporters buying tickets in the future will see his name and hopefully try to find out more about him.

If he's recommended it, it will happen and would be a fitting tribute to a club legend.
Also I think a statue would be appropriate as well.

I wonder if there has ever been a board meeting where someone has been brave enough to say “Err..Evangelos I don’t agree with you.”?
Anyway a brilliant gesture and fantastic tribute to our greatest ever player.

I wonder if 'recommend to the board' means the Big Man is in the process of putting his shares in trust again.

No, what he really meant to say was that he has instructed the board to change the name of the stand.

Wasn’t sure where to put this but congrats to Sabri Lamouchi on getting the Tunisia job, with Michael Hefele being appointed his assistant.
Randomly I have tickets to see Tunisia on both the 14 and 20 June in Mexico so shall wear my Forest shirt.

West Ham United head coach Nuno Espirito Santo is embroiled in a legal dispute with Nottingham Forest relating to his controversial sacking at the start of the season.
While Nuno is trying to lead West Ham out of the relegation places, possibly at Forest’s expense, The Athletic can reveal that lawyers have been hired to take on his former club.
The precise terms of the dispute have not been revealed but sources have described it as an acrimonious matter that highlights the bad feeling on both sides.
