Me too although I am still not 100% sure that he is staying.

Lets see what happens at the meeting towards the end of next week.

Do you think EM/Edu have other ideas or do you think Pereira isn’t convinced?

I think Vitor is convinced but there are managers out there and available who are hugely admired by EM.

Vitor is favourite to stay on but it's not nailed on yet.

EM needs to build Victor a palace on the Adriatic coast. He saved his footballing arse this season after appointing that daft Australian.

Agree. Im still not convinced Vitor is the long term solution we need but in terms of saving our arse this season definitely because relegation would have been a disaster. Postecoglu was taking us down 100%, Dyche steadied us for a bit but whether we would have clawed over the line Im not sure, it would have been a gut wrenching experience regardless.
Thanks for everything so far Vitor, some self respect and memories of a great Europa run. Hopefully a good summer and pre season to come.

Pereira said that he will have a 3 day break in Edinburgh and then comeback to have a meeting to finalise plans for Pre season and Transfers. Sounds like he is definitely staying which he deserves.

No meeting has took place yet.

Yesterday EM was at a shipping forum all day.

It's funny how a few days before a player is signed a new interested party suddenly emerges.....

Yeah. Agent talk. But either way, if they do want him, thats good they can spend big money to get him out of his contract which has a year left which will help fund a replacement.

If he stays and starts season well we can discuss a new contract in October.
Everyone is entitled to my opinion - COYR  :)

Presumably he's cashed in on a healthy staying-up bonus too now.
