I think we're at peak Neville now. He's over-exposed and seems to have an opinion on absolutely everything. When Andy Gray and Richard Keys thought they were the premier league untouchables, Sky Sports found a way to sack them based on trumped-up charges. It wouldn't surprise me if the same thing happened with Neville at some point.

Not to defend Neville, who I can’t stand but that statement after the Everton game was pretty shocking and didn’t do a lot for the clubs reputation. Best to put it all behind us now. New season, clean slate. Will be glad when Neville gets knocked off his perch though!

Yes the statement was tacky but that doesn't mean Neville needs to assume the self anointed role of guardian of pure football etiquette.

I'm under the impression it's wrapped up with the apology.

We as fans need to start the season with a clean slate with the refs ect because we don't need the toxic atmosphere.

Nev is a c**t though.

Wilson is quoted on the signing of Miguel as Chief Football Officer. How that role differs from Technical Director I have no idea.
However the way the Forest machine seems to work is that if someone is on the way out they are excluded from social media content, therefore I would say Wilson remains in his role.
