A blind man could see we needed a few new signings, but not 13.
Edu ripped up the plan EM and Nuno had agreed on at start of the summer. Nuno spat his dummy, EM backed Edu and sacked Nuno.
Then of course the conspiracy theories start. Nuno wanted out (he didnt), Nuno got £8 million severance (nope) Ange goes on holiday with EM (no idea).
The fact is we have gone from Brentford performance to this sh1tshow in no Time and the whole thing is self inflicted.
Last night was a dark day. Embarrassing both on and off the pitch. It was the day the world got to hear what an entitled bunch of pr1cks an element of our fans have become (I wish I could blame our newbies but plenty of long term A block folk sung Nunos name).
This time last week I was travelling back from Seville. I support Nottingham Forest. Not an owner, manager or Director of f#(k ups. But neither do I want to be part of creating such a toxic atmosphere. Fuming.
I 100% agree with the bit I have highlighted.

So we can't question the owner?
Yes, he is fantastic for the club. Put his money where his mouth is. Passion off the scale.
But we can't question his decisions?
He is not a religion.
Singing Nuno was not because they want him back.
It was because they could see that Ange, for the moment, is failing badly and no one in the ground can see what he is trying to do.

Yes I've been pretty opposed to the big man for a while now. He makes the same bad decisions repeatedly. How people worship a billionaire is beyond me anyway.

I don't think anyone worships him Tom.
Some just happen to think that over all and looking at the bigger picture that he has done a good job both for our club and for our city.
Also not sure what his financial status has to do with it?

He has done an amazing job for the club and in a wider sense the city.
He has overseen the best season at Forest since I was a kid (Collymore/Roy)
But he is about to undo most of that if not all with one(?) stupid mistake which may not be entirely on him,but the buck stops with him.
He needs to attempt to fix that mistake starting today.
Otherwise I fear his deserved legacy at Forest will be forever tarnished.
Please swallow your pride and make the change.

Baring us going up to Newcastle and scraping a win (unlikely) I cant see how the situation doesn't get worse from this point onwards. After Sunday's game there's going to be two weeks for us fans to stew on how bad we are. Then we have Chelsea, Porto and Bournemouth away. Where's the win coming from out of that lot?
As much as it saddens me to say so, I'm afraid I can't give the guy my backing anymore. He's toast imo and should be replaced straight away, asap. EM has fired managers in Greece straight after appointing them. I think he needs to take the personal reputational hit and do the same here. Any new coach is going to need time to sort this mess out. Waiting until January is too late.

Is Luis Henrique coming in as manager and Lamine Yamal coming in on the wing?

EM rewarding Mendilibar with a new long term contract at Olympiakos.
You won't see that written anywhere else though because apparently Marinakis only fires managers.

Just a shame that Nuno went nuclear after given a nice shiny new contract by EM
