The Premier League 2024/25
A draw for me tonight, gives us a great chance at home to Brentford to go 4 above City and 5 above villa with 4 games to play. That would be fantastic. We would be pretty much nailed on at that point.

Oh and marmoush going off Injured tonight would be the cherry.

On the Premier League site they've asked ten 'expert' pundits who they think will make the top five. Only three of them think we won't. Only one of them thinks Chelsea will - Tim Sherwood.

He's such a nob.

The performance against remaining opponents is interesting. Get anywhere close to matching what we did in the first half of the season and we'll be fine.

And it's also interesting to note that even given the Everton and Villa defeats we're still sixth in the form table over the last six games.

I think I'd prefer a Man City win this evening as it gives us a chance vs Brentford of getting 6 points ahead of Villa with a better goal difference, with 4 to play. But it be a bad tempered game with a couple of red cards each.

City's run in means has to be a city win tonight really.

We may have lost 6 away but we’re still the 3rd best away team in the league, we’re not the 7th best home team with Villa 3rd best on 34pts gained at home and us on 31pts gained at home we have only let 11 goals in at home the best in the league and 25% of those were Newcastle

But now 1-0 Man City after another rick from Martinez.

I know we should be supporting City but it's tough given we're playing them on Sunday. A crushing win for Villa and some red cards would be good too!

Penalty to Villa.

And 1-1 it is.
