If it was £45million for Johnson, then same for CHO

Yates 15
Cho 25
Mgw 60
Murillo 70

The problem is we need that money by 30/6 and other clubs know this. On top of which there are few clubs either willing or in a position to cough up by that date so realistically we probably take the first decent offer that comes along which is unlikely to be near the figures above.

After 30/6 it’s unlikely we need to sell anyone unless we are looking to cash in on potential which is fine. However yes, sell all 4 and we get relegated.

EM could find a way to increase income… in his interview he said other clubs have and got away with it - he says everything for a purpose

Listening to that interview with Tom Cartledge - On PSR, he couldn't commit to anything but said he won't make comments that he can't retract. So my assumption is that a sale is needed to stay in line with PSR.

But his predecessor speaks far better than he does. Pretty snakey in that interview.

So the ground was pretty much full and will be tonight for take that, not that it goes towards psr how do you agree a price for hiring the ground, obviously TT want a to make money on ticket sales to offset whatever they’ve paid. Are we talking like £1mil for the weekend?

How come it doesn't count towards PSR? Thats a bit annoying.

Id be interested to see the drinks menu. It's not really a warm bottled beer and bali pie kind of crowd.

I thought it would count towards psr. What is the point of building a new stand/stadium to encourage more revenue opportunities if they dont count towards psr?

Of course it goes towards PSR. That’s why Forest want to do these events.
