It's all going to be fine x

We survive on 18 points with West Ham still on 14?

Half the season left, plenty of points to be won, get a striker in and suddenly we'll be dangerous again.

West Ham will get what they deserve.

I’m not so sure it’s the striking department that needs to change. Not impressed with the back 5 at the minute. It may be fatigue but Murillo and Milenkovic look a shadow of what they were doing last year. I’ve lost count of the amount of poor touches and passes Murillo has made this last few games.

I don’t see how bringing in a striker changes us?

Neither do I.

Our issues are much deeper than that.

We are playing a strict 4231 or 451 with no tweaks. When they are they are they are reactive. Contract to Villa today who played a 4231 with so much variation and rotation. They dominated. However, we were well in the game up until the killer third goal which was shocking.
Don’t know if MGW was going off script but he was calling for Ando to move up the pitch and press higher- Ando was reluctant and wonder if that was a disconnect between team instructions and MGW in game decisions as captain. It led to half hearted in between press. The team needs to do this together in sync- something we had under Nuno. My bet is that Ando is following Dyche instructions and MGW (rightly at the time) is adjusting to in game. Anyway - that’s what you get without a preseason and three managers!

Looked more like a 9-0-1 in the first half.

Pretty crazy that despite how bad the last 4 games have been, if we beat West Ham Tuesday that gap is back to 7. Such a big opportunity to rebuild that cushion and get Nuno sacked (or take advantage of a caretaker manager)

I have seen evey minute of every game this season and there have been several problems that keep repeating. One of the most apparent to me and little mentioned is our physically weak look. We tend to come off second best in physical battles. We do not win the 50/50’s and get bullied. For Dyche ball to succeed players need to get the better of physical duels and win the majority of second balls. We haven’t done that all season apart from maybe the Spurs and Brentford games

I am tempted to play Luiz and Dom together against the shammers and give Ando a rest. He looks completely knackered.

Our midfield was beyond static and villa's was dynamic and moving. We do look weak. No real fight. It's weird. .

Hopefully Tuesday we turn up or we are in real trouble. We have rediscovered the disconnect between defence and attack again with the midfield going missing. Can we push Murillo into holding midfield when we are in possession and get the midfield pushing further up so Jesus isn't so alone. The poor f****r must have been sending messages in a bottle to the sidelines for some hope. Really really bad today.

Chicago: Tweaker.

I would agree somewhat with the jist of this.

I think there is a disconnect between the managers tactics and the players abilities.

The players are feeling trapped and making mistakes - there needs to be a more fluid in game tactics and formations.

I think the initial games Dyche let them do what they want and thats why we won a lot, now he is putting his doctrine into place and the players are making mistakes and not enjoying the game and so are looking shite.

Dyche I think is currently "over coaching them".............. he needs to relax and let the players have some freedom again.

Its is learning process and will take time to settle down - there will be ups and downs - we as fans need to support both players and manager during this process.

That was Edu's fault.
