Are We Going Down?
We aren't going down. Sean has picked up 13 points in 9 games. That is solid mid table form. West Ham haven 't won in seven games and that was against Bumley.

We haven't lost two in a row under the Ginger prince. Citeh might be a surprise. I think we will give them a game. We are inconsistent. Leeds are battling for their lives but can y0ou argue that they have the quality we have? It's not over until it's over and Nuno can f**k off. Especially if the stories of him ignoring hutchinson are true. What a cnut.

Take off the tin foil hats lads. Plenty to play for.

Chicago: Strangely optimistic.

If DCL gets injured you do wonder how Leeds will fare. He's a fitness liability but those times he is fit, he certainly makes them far better

There's a difference between going down and acknowledging that we are in a relegation battle.

Absolutely.

There is also a difference between calling a performance garbage and wanting a manager out.

Agree.  I would say the same about West Ham if Bowen gets injured, not that he's injured all that often, but I doubt they can survive without him.

We are still 5 points clear of West Ham who have just lost one of the games they were apparently certain to win.

Only a point for Burnley too so we get one of our hardest matches out of the way without too much damage being done.

Still no. Though I’m more concerned than I was actually, and mostly because of the lack of flexibility. We’ll lose performance from the likes of Anderson by not giving them enough rest and risk injuries the more the season goes on.

We risk performances like today against ‘better’ sides but not getting the points, then coming short when we need creativity and a bit of spark / energy against sides like the Wolves, Fulham and Everton matches, while our best players rack up a lot of minutes. Need more flexibility from Sean IMO.

Today isn't a measurable game to determine if we are going down or not. We often produce good performances against the big teams at home as do other teams who have a decent crowd and play well out of possession.

Everton, Fulham, West Ham are the games we judge it on.

Ha I hope not as we lost to all of them!

I know haha. If you look at the table from 9th down we've only beaten Spurs, Wolves and Leeds. I know some of these games came during managerial changes and chaotic recruitment but it won't say that in brackets next to the table in May.

Didn’t expect Brentford to hammer Bournemouth, with Newcastle losing and spurs being spursy one win from us and another loss for them and they’re shitting themselves
