With the quality in the building and the still to come in, and the quality Coops has on the training pitch, it is only going to be a matter of time before it all clicks.
Coops is going to be an elite level manager, I have no doubt about that.
Plus EM has actually shown a lot of patience with managers in the post MoN world. Didn't Oly have some success with a manager staying and turning it around at one point?
