If that were to be the case, I seriously doubt they would be allowed to commence work whilst the season is still active. Assuming the Authorities say after April 3rd that it is ok to play to a public crowd again and the Main Stand has been turned into a demolition site, then the club would have to re-apply for a safety certificate from Rushcliffe Council due to the changes in safety standards and additional health risks and hazards as a result. This could take weeks to come through, possibly beyond the season end, in which case the club could be forced to play at alternative venues?
