Very interesting. Either contamination is a crazy random thing that isn't as bad as some say or he didn't have it when in UK and got on infected on his return.
Or it only transmits to people with weak immune systems and only kills people with very weak immune systems.
The tests will be accurate enough
There is a lot more known about the virus than some people are letting on.
