We’re in such an iconic location I think it’s be better to beef up the CG as best we can and just maximise the potential of this site. Surely a better short term option concentrate on getting corporate facilities up to premium standard. It’s not like we’re exactly over capacity at the moment. I think a similar approach to Liverpool is fine.
Also we can potentially increase the capacity in the future if safe standing ever gets legalised which given the recent petition is becoming more and more likely
