Going back to the tital of the thread, anybody have any information on what the second infrastructure project is going to be?

The second infrastructure project is rumored to be a brand spanking, state of the art, Academy, situated on land very close to Holme Pierrpoint.

This frees up the land at Gresham Close which is rumored to be sold for housing.

Given the size of the land at the Academy and the number of houses it could accommodate, the assumption is that this will go a long way to financing both the Ground and the new Academy.

That's the rumor circulating.

Those numbers would interest me away from the football for a moment. Talking about £100mio development costs for the ground on one hand, but a lot of financing for that and a major academy build could come from developing the current academy site ?how much, and how much did EM pay for the club that contains this land with such development potential? Great if that’s true and sounds like EM may have got a good deal?
