I dont know but we assumed it was developing the academy.
Not Forest related although what our neighbours do will impact us, I was reading about Leicester’s plans. They are pushing ahead with an eye popping £100M redevelopment of their academy which they say will be the best facilities in Europe. Its a clever move, will attract more talented youngsters, you could argue they find 4 or 5 decent players and they would make their money back.
They would still have to live in Leicester though. :D
