Still it will cost a bob or two...would it be worth it?...new roof means new supporting frame ...probably the whole structure will need to be brought down...i dont think that a sensible structural engineel will want to use foundations nd a 40 year old frame to support a new roof ...this is not a shed in a garden...lots of factors involved...
