I will say at this stage I'm more interested in who is making the shortlist and the decisions on who the next head coach/ manager will be.

I agree with that. We can talk about managers & players all day long but I tend to think a lot of our footballing problems come from a level higher than that.

The reason I hope the rumour about Karembeu coming over in the summer to run the football side of things at director level is true.

I'd certainly be open to that. Top football background & experience in this country.

I would certainly welcome Karembeu with open arms.

If he comes then I hope it will be a full time appointment and not him going backwards and forwards to Greece between two jobs.
