Just read a few of the posts here. I can understand why devoted fans who have been starved of success for years welcome the kind of investment you have had and the consequences it has delivered. Money has a habit of doing that. It can also blind you to some uncomfortable realities.

The problem with very rich people, who are not truly invested in a football club, is that they can tire of their toy and move to another. When there is an aura of suspicion about the origins of the wealth and of the character of who holds it, then there is another problem.

Millwall might revel in being the club that nobody but them loves but I see a big danger in Forest joining them. For a club with such a noble and proud history, one that was universally admired for both good football and high standards, I think that is a pity. Temporary success is no substitute for being a genuine part of the football family.

Fans obviously have no control over who owns the shares but they still have influence and can demand accountability. Not just of what happens at their club but of the general behaviour of the owners.
