I have no doubts that EM is incredibly ambitious and would have told Nuno that expectations have changed and that he wants Champions League based on our performance in the earlier part of the season. He has put the paperwork in place to enable us and Oly both to compete next season. I suppose it could be a heat of the moment thing and he might reflect and feel differently, but I wouldn’t be surprised to see him go in a different direction in the Summer

Not sure about EM's so called favourites you have listed there ^^ apart from Silva.

I woud describe EM and Nunos relationship has rocky or shaky.
