Ouch. I know what you're saying but I think you're narrowing your field of vision way too much. Whatever happens from now onwards, this season has been a spectacular success. We could lose every single game we have left and we'll still qualify for europe on 57 points, which the vast majority of us would have been happy with at the start of the season!
Having said that, I'm not joining in with the happy to qualify for Europe league chat because we're more likely to win it. It's still extremely difficult to win, I'm all in for CL! Enables us to do so much more to future proof our club to compete at the top end of the prem and for future cups....
Just softening the blow in case we do collapse and miss out. We wouldn't be the first team to be a surprise contender and then fail near the end. Leicester twice, Everton plenty of times, Villa, lots of teams have done this so it would be understandable. Fwiw I still think we'll make it, we've got much better fixtures than everyone and it looks like our injured players are on their way back. We still played well yesterday too in 2nd half, if we'd had someone that could shoot we'd have not lost.
