Since then, EM has converted the Clubs debt to equity by issuing new shares - the number of new shares issued is in the region of 53Bn.
This has diluted the value of shares held by Kominakis, to something in the region of 5 - 6%.
I would assume that Kominakis was nothing more than a placeholder for EM, acting as insurance if anything arose which threatened his fit and proper accreditation.
Those threats have now dissipated so there will be no need for him.
