Two points better than this time last season and two points better off against the same matches of last season. All going in right direction. But next three games are all against teams below us. Two you would consider mid table and one relegation candidate.  So 6 points is definitely possible.

For information the bottom three this season have less combined points than last season. With only sheff utd having one point at this stage.

That surprises me a bit.

In terms of the way we are competing, setting up and playing in  genral we are miles better off.

Correct plus 2 points vs game 7 last season

Believe it or not from the 6 corresponding games last season (ignoring Southampton who we didn’t play) we are actually have exactly the same number of points.

They way we compete now rather than hang on is clearly a different level though.
