I worked for a corporate and we had a box at Man U, 6 seats at West Brom, 4 seats at Chelsea. We also hat tickets for various one offs Wembley, Silverstone, games at Villa Park. In addition our suppliers provided tickets. The Samsung box at Chelsea was a different level, Abramovich was in the next one.
One of our supplier had 4 seats in the Legends Lounge and went regularly to Forest. Many more had boxes at other grounds Shrewsbury, Port Vale and went occasionally it was all claimed as an expense. The biggest one was Worcester Bosch who had a box for 12 people at the Rugby and about 20 seats in the hospitality lounge.
The higher the profile of the club the easier it will be to fill these places.
