In fairness to Leicester, they've also looked to get them relegated as well. It's just a combination of smart lawyers and incompetent law makers that meant they didn't. 

I've mellowed that Leicester did not get punished - it is more that a) the rules are not fit for purpose and b) those administering the premier league are not fit for purpose that angers me. The double standards as to what Is allowed to be included as part of psr also gets me. No transparency, no integrity. 

 And ultimately If they fail on these basics, I can imagine they will completely fail to make any of the 115 charges against Man City stick. They must be piddling themselves with laughter as to what they are going up against
