Yes ,but if you stick a planning application in on a site such as that, for a new building, you have a hell of a problem with the environment agency.
I think no matter what we want to do or where we want to do it there will always be obstacles.
We need to overcome them.
The point I'm making is that the city council may own some land which they are prepared to sell to the club but there are other external factors which restrict development. On that particular piece of land there are houses located closeby and it's in the flood plane. There's also one road into the area and one road out. Yes, I know that the current stadium has similar issues but the difference is is that that currently exists, it's not being planned from scratch.
