We all love the City Ground but if a move means the chance of European glory in the future, better access infrastructure, better facilities and dare I say it- actually being able to get a ticket to watch a game- then it’s a no brainer.
Man City fans seem to have overcome their romantic notions about Maine Road.
Locally there’s no Filbert street or baseball ground anymore.
And before you know it, most fans won’t even remember the CG, icon or not. It’s progress and it’s necessary.
