Allowing another hearing not under current guidelines has opened up a can of worms, Everton’s breach is potentially up to 40m not the 16.6m. The rules were set out any breach would be dealt with this season so how can you change that, I expect clubs including us threaten legal action over the PL.

I don't think they'll be any threat on our part it'll be a dead cert we'll go down the legal route when thew big man says go. The Premier League has most certainly opened a big f**k off can of worms and I personally think Masters is beginning to sh*t himself now because he knows they've f**ked up royally.

I'm sure we probably will go down the legal route if relegated but I'm not sure what possible outcome we could get. Some kind of compensation? Not like they're going to change who is in which league once a new season has started. What would be the point? I'm not really sure what case we have anyway.
