Initial deduction 8 points with 4 points reduced because of early plea and cooperation.

All 6 mitigation pleas were dismissed.

We could have saved a bit more money and not hired DeMarco from all the good he did us.

It was 6 points with 2 taken off. 2 of the 6 mitigating factors were accepted by the Premier League during the commission the other 4 were dismissed.

The prem wanted 8 as a starting point to which the commission disagreed and gave us 6.
