How the hell have we managed to end up with 35 players already contracted for next season???
In other words even when the loans go back and you take off those out of contract we still be paying 10 players to sit on their arses all season. Im sure some will leave but its the type of thing that could only happen in football, the clubs CFO must be silently weeping on occasion.
Be amazed if we don’t sign 10 more by the end of August whatever division we are in. If we do manage to stay up by my reckoning only 7 or 8 of those 35 are good enough to be Premier League footballers.
