Just wish he would sometimes be a little more considered in his decisions, put the right people in place to run the club for him and let them get on with their jobs.

That's a lot easier said than done! Do you not think, every time he has appointed someone, that he hopes they can successfully run the club?
I see it as him trying to find that right person....
They're the right person until they make one mistake, he's going to be searching for a while if that's his criteria.
If you keep failing to find someone, at what point do you need to change your approach?
Seriously, how do you know they have made 1 mistake? It's never that simple either, often subjective rather than a definite mistake or not. Might even be down to how they get along. Maybe all these people involved in English/British football are not as good as made out - EM is trying to get experience in the league to help but perhaps the pool is full of shysters or people simply not good enough? Looking and hearing them, it wouldn't surprise me if they're rubbish. There are 2 worlds in this country that seem to be full of very successful (as in the keep getting senior roles) 'professionals' that really do seem to flatter to deceive.....public 'servants' and football executives.
Was thinking about Dane and the Spence thing specifically. Not saying it was wrong either but regardless you can't have any kind of long term plan if you keep making short term changes.
