Unfortunately Tricky whilst I understand why the vast majority love the City Ground and never want to leave there are multiple problems with it that will cost a heck of a lot to fix. Economic sense would 100% tell you to move to a new ground although Im not saying it would be the correct decision.
As I have said before the only place for away fans is the LB and the only place the police will allow without extensive reconstruction work. The BC stand and corporate facilities therein are hopelessly outdated. The Trent end is a bit of a mess with its underused legends lounge in the middle of 2 tiers which kills the atmosphere of the old home end. Finally we know the problems they are having updating the PT stand.
If we want to stay we have to put up with all of these issues. That said all of the above is far better than a soulless bowl somewhere off the ringroad with no other amenities, pubs etc.
