True, but to answer your question it won't be a problem because Kominakis or Milto will become majority owners (on paper).

If it was down to me, if I was EM, I would transfer the ownership (on paper) over to Milto now, to avoid any raised questions should we qualify for Europe over the next season or two. Prior planning and preparation prevents piss poor performance and all that!
