What do you think the club, their developers, architects, solicitors and an army of other like minded professionals been doing for the past 2 -3 years JPS?
It is in the planning stage and this is where the hold up currently is. The club sadly have to jump through every single hoop put before them by the Planners on Rushcliffe BC, who will look at every single objection made through a microscope to see if it is a valid objection and if it is, what are the club going to do about overcoming the objections.
It can take 2 years for a simple kitchen extension to be approved by the planning authorities, so a 10-12,000 seater stand isn't going to get approval overnight, im sorry to say
