Following up on my fact, with my opinions!
Delayed.
Last thing on planning permission was the extension of time, October 2020.
Update in March.
As things stand the updated application has not been submitted (due in Qtr 1 2021), and council have chased them for an update, and we have clearly passed the first quarter of the year.
