Seems a totally legal way of raising funds.

Terminate contract at Oly, sign for NFFC on a free, NFFC sell for a fee later.

If there are no rules against it, its not against the rules.

That's all well and good but if one or two clubs lodge a complaint what happens then?

At best, the rule will get changed. We have already done it once with Kapino.

I don't think it's something we should make a regular habit of.

I can't see any way this could be stopped.

The same owner of 2 or more football clubs cannot cancel contracts at one of the clubs that they own (meaning they become free agents) and then resign them at one of the other clubs that they own outside of the tranfer window?

Now it's ok and above board but like Noor 1 crew said if one or two clubs complain then it could force a rule change.

I am sure what Watford were doing a few seasons back forced a rule change didn't it?

It would effectively be a restriction of trade on the player, who would be out of contract and preventing him from seeking employment. 

I genuinely cannot see such a change standing up in any Court of Law.
