Yeah this is the same for me, don't want to be taking my Dad if it's going to massively increase the risk to him. However as you say not going to have that many more seasons so it's a tough one. I think being patient and waiting to see the effectiveness of vaccines/case rates/new variants nearer the time.

What's the rush, can't we just enjoy hanging out in beer gardens and playing golf for a few months!

I have no problem with others wanting to go though if it's deemed safe to allow people into grounds again. As long as everyone follows the rules in place then it's a personal decision either way.

It the 'everyone following the rules' bit that's the worry really. As I say, I'm sure the club will control things properly in the stadium but there's going to be some arsehole fans around who don't give a S**t for the well being of others. They'll just be wanting their pub/match/pub routine to return and it'll be stuff everyone else once they've got a few beers in them.

And I'm told that NET have not controlled the trams at all during this pandemic. I've heard stories of people not wearing masks and groups of kids ignoring the rules not being challenged in any way or refused entry. What are they going to do when there's 150 people pushing to get on the tram all at once?

It feels like driving in is the only option, that's what I'll be doing when I go I imagine. Although this is also partly due to moving miles away from the local station and car making more sense now

Yep, but where the hell do you park when everyone else is driving in too?

I always get down earlyish and park in County's ground (I have parked in the 'chairmans' spot on a couple of occasions  :D ) It did cost a fiver to park, but the car park does have security. There are also a couple of other options on Meadow Lane too, like the auction house or cattle market.

You would be screwed if you like to get down late though!

There might be a few thousand more looking for a spot now though Tricks.
