For me the big man has to just bite the bullet and let CH be in charge for the next 2 or 3 seasons. Even though I do not like his style of football or tactics but it is clear, their belief is that defensive coach rather than a passing attacking coach is the way forward for us, going by their appointments so far. There are not many other coaches who can organise a team to be as disciplined as CH can. So if that’s what they want they are best sticking.
EM must realise now our squad is in such a state and mismatch of players and styles that no manager can come in and stamp themselves on it. It is going to be a slow, long and torturous rebuild moving those who don’t fit out and getting right ones in. But unless with stick with someone we are always going to be a cluster F of a bunch of individuals with no identity when we need to be a team with a plan.
